Returns

We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in original condition.
  • The product must be returned with original packaging.
  • The invoice or proof of purchase must be provided.
  • Opened, used, or damaged products will not be eligible for return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the refund status.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refunds may take 5–7 working days to reflect in your account.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer.

Damaged / Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with product photos and order details. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before shipment. Once the order is shipped, cancellation will not be possible.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the product received was damaged or incorrect.
